<p>Installation doesnt require coding skills but make sure that server meets minimum
                            requirements to install this script.</p>

<h4>Steps to install using Installation wizard</h4>
                                <ol>
                                    <li>Upload the contents of codes folder to your server root, usually
                                        /path/to/www/html or /path/to/public_html/</li>
                                    <li>Run by entering the URL: http://localhost/install or http://domain.com/install
                                    </li>

                                        Check Server Requirements, Click Next button to continue <br><br> <img

<li>Click Check Permission button to make sure folders are writable by system. Then

                                        that database details are correct and connected. You must also enter mail
                                        details. You can also change email server details later in admin panel. <br><br>

<p><strong>To update UltimateDesk, its recommended to backup code and database before updating
                                application.</strong></p>

<h4>Steps to update</h4>
                                <ul style="list-style: disc;">
                                    <li>Backup the exisiting code & database</li>
                                    <li>upload the new code</li>
                                    <li>Copy paste <code>.env</code> file from old code</li>
                                    <li>If there is any database changes, sql file for update can be found in
                                        updates_sql folder</li>
                                    <li>To restore your uploaded files, you need to copy paste your existing files from
                                        <code>public/uploads</code>(for older versions) & <code>uploads</code> folder
                                        (for new
                                        versions) folder
                                        to new code. <br> Path for uploads folder is
                                        <code>uploads</code>
                                    </li>
                                    <li>To restore your language files, you need to copy paste your existing files from
                                        resources/lang folder to new code. <br> Path for lang folder is
                                        /resources/lang </li>
                                    <li>Run update sql file for your version if available in updates_sql folder. </li>
